What if my measurements are not listed in the size chart ?

If your measurements do not match any of the sizes listed in our size chart, please write your measurements in the notes section while checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and offer free customizations to create a piece of clothing that fits you perfectly. Please note that once an order has been placed, orders cannot be cancelled due to our prompt procurement of materials and immediate production processes. Thank you for your understanding.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info.jellabiya@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I cancel my dress order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel dress orders once they have been placed due to our commitment to creating each piece to order. We encourage our customers to carefully review their order details before finalizing their purchase to ensure that they have selected the correct size and customization options.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! All Jellabiya dresses are made-to-order, allowing for personalization to suit your preferences. Whether you wish to select a different color, modify the design, or provide specific measurements for a custom fit, we are able to accommodate these changes.

To tailor your order to your liking, simply enter your specifications into the ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout. We take pride in crafting a dress that is as unique as you are.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. For orders within Africa, shipping typically takes 4-5 business days. For international orders, shipping times take between 5-10 business days.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. As each of our products is carefully handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to address the issue.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend including your measurements in cm in the notes for seller section. You can always reach out to us before your purchase so we can help you find the right item.
