Please note that once an order has been placed, orders cannot be cancelled due to our prompt procurement of materials and immediate production processes. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel dress orders once they have been placed due to our commitment to creating each piece to order. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. As each of our products is carefully handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to address the issue.

Once your package is delivered to the specified address, the ownership of the item transfers to you. Jellabiya ensures that each item is lovingly crafted and shipped with the utmost care, but once it has been confirmed as delivered by the courier service, Jellabiya cannot assume liability for theft or loss that occurs thereafter. We recommend you promptly retrieve your items and provide a secure delivery location when placing your order.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend including your measurements in cm in the notes for seller section. You can always reach out to us before your purchase so we can help you find the right item.

We're unable to offer cancellations or refunds for orders placed after the Eid cutoff date. At the time of your order, we ensure to communicate clearly that it would not arrive in time for Eid. Regarding changes to orders after placement, unfortunately, it’s not possible to make alterations. Once an order is placed, we immediately begin the process to ensure timely delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
