Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the courier. Jellabiya is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except in cases where a partial refund is explicitly approved and processed by Jellabiya.

Proof of shipment and delivery confirmation are considered valid evidence of fulfillment.
